3 new political parties have been formed in Milan. Each party is delivering a different environmental message

A –  ecocentric - deep ecologist

B – anthropocentric – environmental manager

C – technocentric – cornucopian

A representative from each party has been invited to deliver a 6 minute presentation putting forward their proposal followed by questions from the audience.

You should

• come up with a name for your party
• Create a blog outlining your party’s policy on environmental issues
• Design an election poster
• Produce a presentation indicating how life in Milan will change upon implementation of your policy
• Elect a representative 
•  Consider possible questions that you may be asked and prepare answers.
• Each group should nominate one member to perform one of the following roles Chair person / time keeper/ vote distribution, Collection,counting

The audience will vote for the candidate of their choice at the end of the presentations.

You are an aspiring journalist and have been invited to write an article summarising the environmental concepts underlying ecocentrism, anthropocentrism and technocentrism. Your target audience is 14 - 15 year old teenagers who will rapidly lose interest and return to their play station game if your article is not attention grabbing, factual and informative. You have been allocated 1 A4 page space in the magazine, Dont waste it - your future career depends on it! Deadline - Monday 28th Jan.
